Hot Pilates HIIT
In this class we use a lot of variation and repetitions of Pilates-Core and Back strengthening exercises alongside a variety of squats, lunges and mountain climbers. The high intensity component comes from integrating high intensity interval training (HIIT) into the workout. Weights, bands and other props are used for the functional strength building and mobility.

I came here originally to defeat myself, but the longer I stay, the harder it becomes to feel defeated. When I don’t have my own answers it always seems like someone is ready to share what I need to hear. You know how sometimes if you read all of the horoscopes it feels like all of them apply? That’s what it’s like. Somehow there’s a practice that no matter what my head is full of, that can somehow explain me. That one non-physical element alone makes this place so much more than just an ordinary gym. It never matters if it’s physical flexibility, emotional stability, or just peace of mind, this place always helps me flex more than just my muscles.
Williston Hot Yoga is basically my home away from home. A staple in my healing journey. Showing up for myself and for the growing community is a huge highlight of my week. Kira has brought in a group of amazing instructors all with different ways of delivering a familiar dialogue. I leave each class with little nuggets that I carry throughout my days, as well as into my next class. The space is warm, inviting, safe, and is really setting the bar. So excited to be a member of this studio, have access to the abundance of knowledge in the instructors, and special pop up classes and workshops.
